Examination Enrollment form

  • You can schedule your examination as per your convenience by clicking on this examination link available in the learning management system - inspire.varsigma.com 
    • Please login to the learning management system and navigate to the examination section. You will find the link to the examination form.

Exam Schedule

  1. Certification examination can only be scheduled for Sunday. There are 2 examination slots - 11 AM - 1 PM IST or 3 PM - 5 PM IST
  2. Examination must be scheduled at least 48 hours before the exam date
  3. You will receive an online examination link 30 minutes before the scheduled exam date and time
  4. Please check your email's spam/junk folder to locate the exam link
  5. The examination question paper is an auto close form. It will be automatically closed when the time is over. Your answers will NOT be submitted automatically once the form closes. Please ensure to submit your answers before the time runs out.
  6. Examination once scheduled cannot be rescheduled or cancelled

Identity confirmation and proctoring

  1. You will require an active webcam for the online proctored examination. Please enable apps to access your camera in camera settings in your laptop.
  2. In case you fail to activate your webcam during the examination, the exam attempt will be counted however, will not be considered for evaluation 
  3. If you stop sharing webcam feed during the examination or we don't receive the webcam feed for any reason, your examination attempt will be disqualified and NOT graded
  4. While providing access to your computer screen, you must share ‘YOUR ENTIRE SCREEN’
  5. In case you fail to provide access to your entire screen or share only application window or browser tab, your exam attempt will be counted however will not be considered for evaluation
  6. If you stop sharing screen during the examination or we don't receive the entire screen feed for any reason, your examination attempt will be disqualified and NOT graded
  7. You must use only 1 computer/machine with only 1 screen during the examination. You can't use 2 or more different computers during the examination. You may wish to acquire an external webcam, if the inbuilt camera isn't functioning.
  8. You CANNOT use 2 or more machines / devices, 2 or more screens during the examination.  
  9. The Identity proof and photograph uploaded in the enrollment form will be re-verified during the proctored online certification examination

Examination eligibility and success criteria

  1. Participant must complete at least 70% of all the mandatory modules in the learning management system to be eligible for the examination. 
  2. Participant must secure at least 70% in the final examination. If there are 2 or more examinations, participant must secure collectively at least 70%.
  3. Participant must complete required coursework for successful completion of the certification.

Technical requirements

  1. Device – Laptop with administrative rights, Operating System: MS Windows 7 or later or Mac, Productivity Software: MS Office 
  2. You will need high speed, uninterrupted internet to complete the examination. We recommend broadband instead of mobile internet hotspot
  3. You will need an active webcam, and continuous streaming of your video would be stored in our proctored exam environment

  5. Troubleshooting - Participants are responsible for troubleshooting any Operating system, Ms Office, Minitab, Camera, Internet/ connectivity etc related issues. 

Administrative Information

  1. The exam must be completed in one sitting. You are not permitted to leave the seat for a break during the examination.
  2. The exam link works only once therefore you cannot close and re-open the link.
  3. Reference to online resource is prohibited. This includes but not limited to Google search, any website search, use of any messenger etc. 
  4. Participant is NOT permitted to access any live internet pages other than the examination page. A live internet page is the one which is connected to internet for upload and download. Any content that is downloaded / installed on your laptop is considered offline, and you can access all offline content. 
  5. You may use printed material, PDF files, e-book, statistical analysis software, any downloaded content, excel templates, calculators during the examination.
  6. Mobile phones to be kept away during the examination.You are not allowed to use mobile phones & mobile accessories, messaging applications and you cannot toggle to another live internet powered page during the examination. Any such attempt will be considered as cheating and will lead to disqualification from the examination.
  7. You are not allowed to take screenshots, pictures or any form of screen recording during the exam. Our proctoring app will record this behavior and it will lead to immediate revocation of your enrollment
  8. The lighting in the room must be bright enough to be considered “daylight” quality. Overhead lighting is preferred. If overhead lighting is not available, the source of light must not be behind you.
  9. You must sit at a clean desk or table and the desk or walls around you must not have any writing or paintings or sculptures
  10. No other person is allowed to enter the room while you are taking the proctored exam and you are not allowed to communicate with any other person by any means.

Exam Results & Certificates 

  1. The examination results will be emailed to your registered email address within 15 working days from the day of examination 
  2. You will receive an Accredible hosted e-certificate within 30 working days from the day of the examination. This certificate can be shared on LinkedIn, downloaded as pdf, and also can be shared on other social platforms. These are verifiable certificates and therefore extremely user friendly for reference checks

  • VarSigma reserves the right to disqualify any examination attempt due to any violation as listed in guidelines or in violation of spirit of guidelines. 
  • VarSigma reserves the right to revoke enrollment of the participant due to malpractice or unfair practices employed during examination
