When will I receive the examination results?
Examination results are generally published within 15 working days from the date of the examination. The exam results are communicated to the participants at their registered email address.
Note: If your course has more than 1 examination, you will receive the collective examination results once you take all examinations relevant to the course.
For example: Lean Six Sigma Black Belt has 2 examinations. You will receive consolidated examination result once you take both examinations.
Why does it take up to 15 working days?
VarSigma certification examinations are AI proctored followed by manual review by a reviewer. The proctoring application flags any suspicious behaviour along with evidence of the behaviour. This may include but not limited to
- Participant using an internet powered page, or communicating on messenger / chat apps
- Participant recording / taking screenshots
- Participant stepping away during the examination
- Participant speaking to someone during the examination
The AI proctor flags are reviewed by a human to check for a false alert. Some flags may have to be reviewed by multiple reviewers.
In addition to flag reviews, reviewer has to ascertain and confirm the identity of the test taker versus the identification received during enrollment.
Therefore, it may take up to 15 days to complete this process.
